The G’Life Social Justice and Public Advocacy Institute

Vision:

Creating space and place for people to work towards an inclusive and just society that raises awareness of social inequities, promotes critical thinking about systematic power dynamics, and to encourage people to discover their voices in promoting action that led to equitable solutions.

Mission:

The G’Life Social Justice and Public Advocacy Institute (GSJPAI) aim is to create a more just and equitable world. We start, however, in our own local contexts by examining foundational causes of social injustice. By engaging both the academy and the community, we promote and support research, scholarship and teaching that uncovers and helps to eradicate systems of oppression.
